And so we went!

Starting any project is always scary. It doesn’t matter if you’ve done it a hundred times before, or if you’ve helped others do it. The new always brings fear. Still, here I am, launching this blog where I plan to share many things about my life in Canada, and about Canada in the lives of many Latinos like me.

My idea—my purpose—is to turn this digital space into a meeting point. To develop a site where we can pour and share knowledge and experiences that are meaningful for everyone interested in Canada.

For now, I’m starting alone, but I hope that soon other like-minded souls will join along the way. Something like that scene in Forrest Gump where he runs, runs, and many others join inspired by his journey. Maybe I’m aiming too high, but dreaming costs nothing and almost always drives us forward. Time will tell and place everything where it belongs.
